I offer a variety of yoga classes, courses and workshops. These can be offered in the workplace, in my yoga space or in a park or beach.

I am a qualified Hatha Yoga Instructor, Children’s Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness  and Meditation Facilitator. I hold a Working With Children Card and I am up to date with all my First Aid Certs. I Love to do yoga outside as much as possible in the fresh air, surrounded by nature and under the sky! Yoga has many benefits on a physical, mental and emotional level. Yoga is a safe place to explore emotions, feelings, values and beliefs.

I often incorporate philosophical learnings to give my classes an extra edge!!

FAMILY YOGA & MEDITATION

This is a space for quality time to be spent as a family. There are not many activities that the whole family can explore together. This creates the perfect environment for play, exploration, communication and fun.

GROUP YOGA (small groups)

I facilitate small personal groups of yoga which I am able to tailor to the needs of the group. This small group experience is a nurturing, safe space where we come together emotionally, psychically, mentally and spirituality. I create a retreat type space for renewaI, relaxation and revive. I am able to assist with personal adjustments and alignment. This group is usually a lot of fun, whilst exploring some traditional teachings of yoga.
