I am a qualified Hatha Yoga Instructor, Children’s Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness and Meditation Facilitator. I hold a Working With Children Card and I am up to date with all my First Aid Certs. I Love to do yoga outside as much as possible in the fresh air, surrounded by nature and under the sky! Yoga has many benefits on a physical, mental and emotional level. Yoga is a safe place to explore emotions, feelings, values and beliefs.
